Straight Oils

ProDraw 100
ProDraw 100 is a high lubricity, light duty drawing and stamping oil and rust preventive. It imparts outstanding indoor corrosion protection after the metal forming operation. It is particularly effective in those environments where acidic fumes might be encountered. It can be used as a slushing oil for sheets and coils in the steel industry.


ProDraw 125
ProDraw 125 is a medium duty, chlorinated drawing/punch lubricant. Its unique additive package ensures excellent performance on a wide variety of drawing/punching operations. It contains no sulfur and is safe on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It contains an effective rust inhibitor package to protect against the staining often associated with chlorinated drawing oils. ProDraw 125 can be applied by roll, spray, brush, or dip.

 
ProDraw 150
Prodraw 150 is a very heavy duty, chlorinated drawing/punch lubricant. It is used on those jobs that require a maximum amount of extreme pressure lubrication. ProDraw 150 will minimize heat build-up in parts and tools and eliminate galling. It contains active sulfur and should not be used on copper-based alloys. It contains an effective rust inhibitor package to protect against the staining often associated with chlorinated drawing oils. ProDraw 150 can be removed using most alkali or caustic cleaners.
 

Soluble Oils

ProDraw 200
ProDraw 200 is a water soluble, chlorinated drawing lubricant that can be used neat for severe operations, or diluted with water at ratios from 1:1 to 10:1 for less severe applications. This versatile product can be applied on both ferrous or non-ferrous metals and will give excellent long term indoor rust protection. It dries to an oily , non-tacky film, and is easily removed with most alkali or caustic cleaners.

 
ProDraw 220
ProDraw 220 is a non-chlorinated, water soluble, drawing lubricant. Like the ProDraw 200, this product can be used in neat form for severe drawing operations such as: cross members, heavy brackets, and difficult valve covers. Or it can be diluted with water at ratios from 1:1 to 10:1 for less severe applications. ProDraw 220 has a unique surfactant that ensures excellent wetting on all metal surfaces, including those surfaces that have been previously coated with mill oil. Because of its ability to cling to the metal surface, it will not bead up and roll off the surface. This minimizes house-cleaning issues and maximizes the lubricant's effectiveness.

 
Wocodraw 34
A highly compounded soluble drawing lubricant formulated for maximum severity press operations requiring high chemical E.P. metal-wetting and "antiwipe" properties. Can be used neat or diluted.

 

Synthetic Compounds

ProDraw 365
A full synthetic, water based product, ProDraw 365 can be used from straight to a 10% concentration depending on the severity of the draw. This product displays great flow characteristics and is chlorine free.
 

Cold Heading

Wocodraw 10
A low viscosity chlorine free cold heading oil formulated with the latest in synthetic additive technology. It can be used as a stamping oil and as an additive to boost performance of most cutting oils.

 
Wocodraw 20
A low viscosity chlorine free cold heading oil that can perform the most severe heading operations and still give excellent die life.
 

Vanishing Oils

Vanishing Oil 3
Vanishing Oil 3 is designed as a light duty stamping and forming oil for thinner gauge parts. Vanishing Oil 3 leaves almost no residue allowing parts to be annealed with no staining.

 

Fine Blanking

Posi-Draw 309
A heavily fortified stamping fluid for medium to heavy duty stamping and fine blanking. It uses a combination of fats, sulfur, and chlorine to achieve excellent wetting and superior E.P. characteristics to produce burr free edges and long tool life.

Extruding

W-373 Extrude
A dark colored, heavy duty extruding oil compounded with sulfur, chlorine and fatty oils.
